Can I plan a project before the drawings are complete?

Yes. An initial brief can record your objectives and existing information. The next discussion identifies what further drawings, approvals or specialist input are needed.

Does the project planner send an enquiry or reserve a date?

No. It prepares a downloadable brief locally. Online delivery is not connected yet, and dates remain preferences until scope and availability are confirmed.
